Accountability:
Our goal for every project (from the most simple to the most complex) is customer satisfaction.

We are constantly asking ourselves the big questions like:
Are our customers getting what they paid for?
Have we delivered what we said we would?
Is there anything we can suggest that can make a good idea a great one?
Did we come in on time and on budget?

Bottom line: If it's not right – we're not happy.

Integrity:
We take pride in ourselves, our services, our products and our prices.

Simply put, we believe in good old-fashioned business ethics – honesty, craftsmanship and fairness. And we are eager make sure our customers know it.

Fairness:
Occasionally our competitors may underbid us but that's typically because they come back to you to charge more for the "extras" and "change orders" so the real bottom line price is higher than what you were promised or what you expected.

So although from time to time our initial estimates may appear be a bit higher, when the job is done the final costs are much closer to the original proposal.
